Scarlets - Ticketing Initiative 2018/19

With the new season fast approaching we are pleased to confirm the new policy for our ticketing initiative.

As we have done over the last few years we are once again looking to reward players and coaches at grassroots clubs with discounted/Free match tickets for the forthcoming 2018/19 season.

To qualify for this initiative you will need to be either a WRU qualified Coach or a WRU registered junior player and you will need to provide proof of this with your WRU ID/Membership number at time of booking.

All tickets must be purchased/redeemed by 5pm on the day prior to the match and any last minute walk up's will be exempt from the offer, i.e if it's a Saturday evening match you would only be able to take advantage of the discounted/free tickets up to the Friday at 5pm. In regards to children under the age of 14 they will need to be accompanied by an adult and at a maximum ratio of one adult to every 5 children and tickets will only be issued if the order falls in line with this ratio.

We are also looking for teams who would like to take part in our match day activities such as half time rugby (up to U11s) and Guard of Honour & Flag Bearers (up to U14s). If you are interested in booking in then please let know, and we do have spaces for our first home game of the season against reigning champions Leinster on Saturday 8th September. Please note we will be doing pre match parades during the season but this may not be for every match.

As well as the WRU tickets anyone coming in a group of 8 adults or more will qualify for our group discount rates, so once again please let me know if your interested in booking. I have attached a list of the fixtures that have been announced so far.

Prices are as follows:

Category A games (Leinster, Ospreys, Blues and the 3 Champions Cup Pool matches)

WRU Coach - £5
WRU Junior Player - £1
Group Rate Adult - £15
Group Rate Child - £4
